Bangla VersionHealth Desk- 8th Aug, 2019: Health and family welfare minister Zahid Maleque on Tuesday said initiatives would be taken to arrange paternity leave.
‘Although pregnant mothers get maternity leave, they’re deprived of constant care of their husbands. Besides, their husbands remain worried as they aren’t by the side of their wives,’ the minister told a discussion in Dhaka.
The event was organised on the occasion of World Breastfeeding Day, organised by Breastfeeding Foundation and Institution of Public Health Nutrition at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka.
