Statistics show that children and women are at higher risk of heart disease. Heart disease is currently the number one fatal disease in the world.
Doctors say that it is possible to prevent heart disease by making some small changes in daily life. These changes include increasing the amount of healthy foods on your diet, leading a worry-free life, increasing physical activity, and quitting smoking.
