BSTI files cases against food shops

Health Desk--Feb 26, 2019: Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) has filed nine cases against food shops for selling adulterated foods, reports BSS.

The BSTI conducted six mobile courts in different shops and checked quality of foods alongside digital weighing machines from February 17 to 20, according to a press release.

The release said the BSTI mobile courts conducted drive in different sweet shops, grocery shops, departmental stores and sea food here in Khulna.
